All orders placed at Web 1000 Traffic are subject to the following terms and conditions and by placing your order it is understood that you have read and agreed with these terms.

Web 1000 Traffic will not be held responsible for traffic delivered during any down time on a clients site for any reason and any traffic delivered under these conditions will not be credited or refunded.

The client understands that web counters and other tracking services other than that of Web 1000 Traffic will not be regarded as a real reflection of traffic delivered. We use server side raw IP address capturing that is much more reliable than any Web based tracking system.

Web 1000 Traffic does not guarantee sales, nor will be held responsible if none are generated. It is up to you to make the sale or conversion. No refunds will be given after the completion of delivery of the hits due to "no results" or "poor response" from visitors.

For guaranteed visitors all we ask is that your site complies to the following rules

Your advertisement (advertised URL) can NOT contain scripts that alter users browser settings, spyware or any other instrusive and harmful code. If your advertisement is caught violating these terms Web 1000 Traffic will notify you 1 time via email that traffic has stopped for the violation. Web 1000 Traffic will also give you 24 hours to correct a violation of the URL traffic that is being sent to you at the time of the violation notice. If a violation has not been corrected in the allowed time frame, Web 1000 Traffic reserves the right to terminate contract with client with no refunds of any type.

Web 1000 Traffic reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, as it deems necessary. It is the member's responsibility to keep current with changes in the Terms and Conditions.
